Re-Issue Information
Problem -
POOR FRONT SCREEN WIPER PERFORMANCE
One or both of the wiper blades may not clear the screen to a satisfactory level and may also judder in operation.
Cause
Wiper arm incorrectly formed causing the wiper blade to operate at an incorrect angle.
Action
Where a customer complaint of poor wiper performance and / or judder is confirmed and the vehicle is in the above VIN range, replace both wiper arms and blades.
Refer to PARTS INFORMATION for correct derivative application. Refer to Workshop Manual repair number 84.15.02 for repair procedure.
