Problem -
FRONT GRILLE BADGE ADRIFT
The Land Rover marque badge is detached from its location on the front grille.
Cause
The adhesive coated backing material of the badge lacks sufficient flexibility to follow the contours of the mounting surface on the grille, resulting in poor adhesion.
Action
Replacement badges having a more flexible backing material which will allow the adhesive film to conform to the grille surface were introduced at the above VIN.
These badges are now available from Land Rover Parts. On customer complaint of grille badge adrift, fit a replacement of the improved type.

NOTE: this badge is also fitted to the tail door handle where the new badge is also interchangeable with the old.
